OVLL formerly known as NAS Little League has been around for over 60 years. Previously located on the Naval Air Base in the Ocean View Area of Norfolk, until we moved from the air station to Ocean View Elementary.  Since the beginning of the Ocean View Elementary rebuild, our league has been using Ocean Air Elementary and Cutter Park to conduct practices and games.  Our rebuilt fields are slated to be completed at Ocean View Elementary School sometime in 2019/2020.

Here at Ocean View LL we offer T-ball, Coach Pitch, Minors,  Majors, 50/70, and Junior & Senior Divisions in Baseball and Softball ages ranging from 4-16. 

Challengers:  The Challenger Division is designed to provide a quality experience for children with a mental or physical disability. Now for ALL AGES 4 & UP and typically has a division for 4 to 18 and 18 and up.
